BEHAVIOR RULES

1. We offer room cleaning service and towel change every other day. Room cleaning service and change of towels extra with additional cost.

2. Our facilities are 100% smoke-free (Law 9028). You must smoke outside the hotel. There will be a charge of ¢30,000 per event for smoking in any area, any type of substance, including electronic cigarettes.

3. It is not allowed:

To consume drinks and food around or inside the pool (Art. 43, Pool Regulations, Ministry of Health).

To make noise in any area after 9:00 p.m.

To play music in any public area (swimming pool, garden tables, etc.).

To cook at any area of ​​the hotel.

To have visits in the rooms or at any area of ​​the hotel.

People seeking accommodation for sex tourism are not welcome.

If your motivation does not match the above, we kindly suggest looking for another option. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

4. A credit card will be required to make a guarantee voucher to cover cases of smoking or damage to the rooms or facilities.

5. The hotel may send evaluations on the conduct of guests to any worldwide network of lodging affairs.

PROPERTY CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Our rates are NON-REFUNDABLE.

​

Changes to the dates of stay can be made up to 48 hours before arrival by paying ¢5,000 and up to 24 hours before by paying ¢8,000 for the change. The balance will be added to the new reservation. Each new change has the same charge. The reservation is valid for one year from the date of the original reservation. Please ask for other types of changes.​​

By providing your bank card or making payment for your reservation, you are accepting the above policies and conditions.

PETS:

​

Pets are welcome at Jaco Lodge in our "Pet Friendly" rooms. If your reservation was made in another type of room, the change must be made (subject to availability). If there is no availability, exceptionally, another type of room may be used with the acceptance of the client and a charge of ¢10,000 per pet per night will apply. Only one pet per room is allowed. Pets are not allowed in MINI type rooms, nor rooms with shared bathroom.

 

We will provide a bed for the pet. The pet must NOT climb on the bed.

 

The behavior and actions of the pet are the sole responsibility of their owners.
